- A pickup notification will be sent via email, please pick up your order from the Compet Showroom within 7 working days of arrival.
- If the goods are damaged, incorrect, or have missing parts, please report them immediately. There will be no refund or exchange after self pick-up.
- If the pickup deadline is exceeded, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
- Compet HK Showroom will have special arrangment on opening hours for festivals and special occasions, details will be announced via website and Facebook.
- Yellow / Red Rainstorm Warning Signal / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or below: Open as normal.
- Black Rainstorm Warning Signal / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8: If the signal is issued within working hour, the store will be closed within two hours; If the signal is issued before opening hours, the store will be closed all day.
- Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 9 / No. 10: Close on that day.
- If Compet HK Showroom is closed on the last day of the pickup period, the order pickup period will be automatically extended by one day.
Pending Orders
- The order is valid for 10 working days from the day the customer places the order.
- If the order is not available after the order date, it will be treated as out of stock and cancelled.
- Delivery will be arranged within 5 working days after the order is confirmed.
- If the goods are damaged, incorrect, or have missing parts, please record the condition of the goods with photos. Customer must contact us within 5 working days to report the problem and we will confirm the problem before arranging an exchange.
- Goods returned due to incorrect delivery must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received, otherwise no exchange will be arrived.
- Please keep the invoice as proof of purchase.
