Shipping
1. What shipping methods do we offer?
We offer SF Express, or Self-pick up at Compet HK Showroom.

2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Hong Kong only.

3. How much is the shipping fee in our shop?
There is free shipping on purchases over HK$500 after discount applied. For purchases under HK$500, there will be a delivery charge of $60.

4. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Order will be shipped out with SF-Express or sent to Compet HK Showroom within 5 working days.

5. Can I have an invoice after purchase?
Yes, each order is arranged with a unique code on the invoice, please keep it as a proof of purchase.

Updating My Order
1. Can I edit my order?
You can edit your order for once after payment. If your latest total is less than the original one, there will be no refund. If it is more than that, you must pay for the price difference.

2. Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation is allowed after payment.

3. Can I change the recipient’s detail?
You can change the recipient’s detail for once after payment. After the order has been sent out, please contact SF-Express and afford costs incurred by the changes.

Order Issues
1. I have received the tracking number, but why I cannot trace it?
There is short delay in the tracking system, please wait for some hours. If you still cannot trace it after 1 working day, you can look for our help.

2. What can I do if the goods are damaged, incorrect, or have missing parts?
Please record the condition of the goods with photos and contact us within 5 working days to report the problem. We will confirm the problem before arranging an exchange.
